Michael Keaton posted a video warning male voters that Donald Trump and Elon Musk “don’t really respect you,” an effort to counter the effort by the GOP and a key ally to capture the “bro” vote in the upcoming election.
Keaton, a native of Pittsburgh, has campaigned for Harris in Pennsylvania, a key swing state.
In a video on Instagram, Keaton said, “Some of you folks, guys mostly, who are thinking about attending a rally with Musk and Trump — they don’t really respect you. They laugh at you behind your back. They think you’re stupid. They don’t want to hang out with you. They have nothing in common with you. They’re not your bros.”
Keaton also cited Trump’s comment that he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and people would still vote for him.

“Basically, what he’s saying in parentheses is people are so stupid. They’re so dumb, they’d still vote for me. They have no respect for you, trust me,” Keaton said.
Musk has been headlining his own events in Pennsylvania after appearing with Trump at a rally earlier this month.
Keaton posted his video on Instagram under his full name, Michael Keaton Douglas.
