If you or someone on your shopping list this holiday season is a fan of building LEGO sets, you’re in luck. The Black Friday sales have begun in earnest, which means you can save a bundle on all sorts of LEGO sets at a variety of retailers. We’re sifting through the biggest LEGO Black Friday deals every day to keep this article up to date so you can grab the sets you want at enormously discounted prices. Let’s face it, LEGO sets can be expensive, so now is the time to get them when they’re on sale. Let’s dive in.
LEGO Deals at LEGO Store
This weekend is “Insiders Weekend” at the LEGO Store. That means LEGO Insiders (sign up here for free) get special access to early Black Friday deals. And the deals are pretty great, in fact. It’s rare that you can even find the LEGO Star Wars AT-AT (Ultimate Collector Series) in stock, let alone on sale. Insiders also get double rewards points for shopping this weekend. LEGO Deals at Target
Frankly, Target has been going nuts with LEGO deals lately. A major sale on the building block toys has just ended, but a bunch of Marvel and Disney-themed sets are still on sale, including some majorly popular Target-exclusives, like Wolverine’s Adamantium Claws and the Disney Villain Icons 100th Anniversary set. Scroll through and pick up whatever sets you want.
LEGO Deals at Best Buy
Best Buy has some juicy discounts on LEGO sets in its early Black Friday sale. Fans of LEGO Star Wars sets can save on a cool Ahsoka set that includes her T-6 Jedi Shuttle and four minifigures. There’s a great LEGO Batman set that includes an awesome Batmobile build. Two LEGO Art sets are on sale, both of which you can build and hang on your wall, which is pretty rad if you ask me.
LEGO Deals at Walmart
Some of the best LEGO early Black Friday deals available right now are at Walmart. The Sonic the Hedgehog Green Hill Zone set is on sale for $45, and the Marvel Endgame Final Battle Building set is on sale for $70.
I also expect the 2024 LEGO advent calendars to go on sale for as low as $20 during the week of Black Friday, so check back here on Monday, 11/25 for an update. Advent calendars should include the Spider-Man advent calendar, as well as the Disney set (already on sale) and LEGO Friends sets. These are all unusually good deals for LEGO, so plan to grab the deals on LEGO gifts you want while they last.
LEGO Deals at Amazon
As is often the case, Amazon is price-matching most of Best Buy’s LEGO sale, but it also has a few additional sets on sale. If you prefer to make your purchases at Amazon over Best Buy, you can probably find the same deals at both retailers. That said, Amazon is more likely to sell out of products it price-matches, so you may want to remain open to making purchases at Best Buy in that case.
Exclusive Early Black Friday Deals for LEGO Insiders
The deals listed above are available to anyone, but if you subscribe to the LEGO Insiders program, you’ll also get access to exclusive pre-Black Friday deals at the LEGO store. These deals will be available online from November 22 to 24 for the company’s annual LEGO Insiders Weekend. Expect discounts on tons of sets and double the points for any purchases (points which will, of course, get you even more LEGOs). And it wouldn’t be a LEGO sale without a gift: you’ll get a Winter Holiday Train on purchases above $170 and a Retro Record Player with purchases above $250.
Should You Wait Until Black Friday?
Black Friday 2024 falls on November 29, but as stated above, the deals are already rolling out. And in many cases, these aren’t the typical minor discounts we’ve seen in mid-November in years past. Some of these deals represent the lowest prices we’ve ever seen. While it might be worth waiting until the big day for major purchases like a new TV or gaming PC, LEGO sets tend to go on sale throughout November and then quickly sell out. So, if you see a deal on a set you’ve been interested in, it’s probably best to grab it now before it’s too late.
